4Verify it's you and your truck

ID verification required

For fraud prevention, dispatch verification and roadside-service authorization, PDPAS needs a photo of the service requester's driver's license and a current photo of the truck before we accept online payment or dispatch a technician.

Your ID is handled as sensitive information: sent encrypted, stored privately, seen only by authorized PDPAS staff, and used only for service, verification, payment, dispute, safety and recordkeeping — never for marketing.

The deposit is not a fixed-price repair package. It funds the first response and is credited against your final invoice: mileage, labor, diagnostics, parts, fluids, supplies and other approved roadside charges.

If the job grows on site, the technician stops and asks before doing more. Any added deposit needs your approval — we never charge your card without it.
