Having an issue with a part purchased from Paramount Diesel Parts & Services, or with work performed at our shop? Submit your warranty request online. Our team will review it and tell you the next steps.
For parts purchased through PDPAS. Coverage is governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty; PDPAS submits your claim for manufacturer or supplier review.
For qualifying repairs or services performed by PDPAS. In-house only — the vehicle must come back to our shop for inspection before coverage is determined.
Coverage is governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty: eligibility, coverage period, defect determination, inspection and return requirements, remedy and exclusions. PDPAS does not set or expand a manufacturer's warranty unless we've given you a separate written warranty.
If you believe a part bought from PDPAS failed within the warranty period, submit a claim. We collect the documentation and, where applicable, submit the claim or failed part to the manufacturer, supplier or distributor. Final approval is their determination.
Need the truck running now?
A warranty claim doesn't come with a free replacement before the manufacturer reviews it. If you need a part now, you purchase the replacement, and we process the original part through warranty review.
Example: an $850 part fails. You buy an $850 replacement. The original goes to warranty review. If approved, the manufacturer or supplier decides the remedy under its terms: a replacement part, warranty credit, refund or reimbursement, or another authorized remedy.
All service warranty claims require the vehicle to be brought back to PDPAS. We need the chance to inspect the original work and determine whether the issue is related to the previous repair before coverage can be approved.
Repairs done by another shop aren't automatically reimbursable. Please call us and let us inspect the vehicle before authorizing another facility to work on the claimed issue, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise.
A new problem isn't automatically covered because it appears after a repair. We inspect and determine whether it relates to our workmanship, a warranted part, a different component, normal wear, maintenance, later damage or another cause.
